How do companies use rituals to elicit strong commitments from workers?
"Business Ritualization: Religious Performance in Corporate North America" is an academic study that uses ethnographic observation and semi-structured interviews to examine how companies use ritualized activities to promote loyalty among workers. The project is funded by Canada's Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council and approved by the University of Calgary's Conjoint Faculties Research Ethics Board (Ethics ID: REB19-1625).
