Your story can help us learn more about how businesses use rituals
We are gathering Salesforce stories for a research project on the way businesses use rituals to strengthen their relationships with partners, employees, and investors. Interviews will be conducted by Zoom, are unpaid, and will take approximately 30-60 minutes. Participation in the study is voluntary and participant information will be anonymized.
What are the risks of participating in an interview?
Participation in this study is unlikely to pose any risk or harm to the participants. However, some of the interview questions will focus on your feelings about and responses to Salesforce and Dreamforce. Since Salesforce and Dreamforce are professional activities and professional activities can be associated with stress, it is possible that participants may feel nervous or distressed.
What are the benefits of participating in an interview?
Other than the fun it can be to tell your story, there are no immediate benefits to you. In the long-term, participation in the study has the potential to help businesses learn best-practices for fostering a sense of community among workers, as well as to alert workers to ritualized activities that may shape their thoughts, feelings, and attitudes toward their work environments.
